研究方向

有机荧光分子探针的设计合成及应用研究

研究方向简介

1.荧光探针的设计与合成:包括化学小分子与生物大分子之间的相互作用的研究,生物核酸分子探针的设计以及应用等。结合分子组装技术,设计高灵敏的生物分子探针,建立灵敏度高、选择性好,绿色环保的生物分子探针。

2.以生物体内、环境中可引起污染的痕量金属元素和生物大分子作为研究对象,设计形成的生物配合物作为探针,研究它们的结构-性质关系以及在生命环境或者环境内参与反应的机理。作为一种新兴的生物检测分子探针,以其鉴定物质的高度特异性、敏感性和稳定性,有望在食品、工业、环境检测等领域得到实际应用。

        3.分析化学:光谱、色谱、质谱、核磁共振分析方法及其在探针合成以及分析等领域中的应用。
